Assistance
We provide therapy to young people between the ages of 17 - 30. Problems are mostly related to their transition from adolescence to young adulthood.

- Questions relating to having to stand on one's own feet
- Study or career related questions
- Questions about sexuality
We work from the point of view that individual and relational problems might result from previous relationships. The role/influence of parents can therefore form a part of the assistance provided.
THE INITIAL CONTACT
When first registering, you can select between a consultative session or an admission interview. Before an admission interview can take place, different forms are sent out, such as an admission interview form and some short tests. These forms should be completed and handed in during the admission interview.
The admission interview will span one or two sessions depending on the issue at hand. As much information as possible is gathered during the admission interview phase: personality, context, relationships, study/work and the position of religion in the client's life.
If it is indicated that assistance is needed, a support plan is drawn up and sent to the client. If support is not needed, we try to provide good referrals in consultation with the client. The support plan forms the basis of the assistance provided.
The plan is discussed with the client and any adjustments are made during the session that follows admission. The support provided is normally evaluated after the sixth session. Any further needs are also discussed during this sixth meeting.
