HOME: Can be summed up as a base which provides protection. Where everyone feels comfortable and safe. Nobody needs to abide to the demands of others to be loved. The family is the place where you can be yourself. The family is not isolated but is in direct contact with the outside world and it exchanges information with the 'outside'. It is a place where every person is stimulated and challenged to grow into an emotional, relational and financially independent adult. It is the place where you learn the difference between mine and thine and where you learn to find the balance between taking care of oneself and taking care of others.
